Key Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Time Window: Contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
    Item Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original resalable condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping & Fees: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and customs fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Our Responsibility: We cover return costs for items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.


How to Initiate a Return 

Contact Us First: Email us at info@yourbrand.com or message us on WhatsApp at +yournumber with your order details.

  1. Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization and the correct return address (e.g., Your Company Name, Your Address, City, Country, Postal Code).

  2. Ship Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the provided address.

  3. Completion: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, or arrange an exchange.
