Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Free shipping is available on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).

This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are included in the purchase price.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
