Our metal wall decor is crafted from high-quality steel for structural durability. The surface is finished with an eco-friendly electrostatic powder coating, ensuring an even, durable finish available in various textures and colors.
Will the color match the product images?
Due to lighting during photography and differences in display screens, there might be slight color variations. We provide multiple product images in different settings for reference. If color accuracy is critical, we recommend comparing all images on the product page.
How long does order processing take?
Standard orders (in-stock items) are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1-3 business days. You can find the estimated shipping timeline on each product page. Custom orders require additional production time; please refer to the custom product guidelines or contact us.
How do you ship, and is the packaging secure?
We use sturdy corrugated boxes with custom-cut foam inserts to fully protect products from scratches and transit impacts. This tested packaging ensures safe delivery, allowing you to confidently send items directly as gifts.
Does the product include mounting hardware? How do I install it?
Installation is straightforward. Each piece comes with pre-installed hanging hooks on the back. Upon receipt, you can quickly mount it to your wall using common wall nails or screws.
Are taxes included? Will I pay import duties?
The price displayed on the product page is the final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes. No additional tax calculation is needed at checkout.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility. Our customer service specialist will guide you through the return or exchange process. What if the product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at info@husnfarah.com. We are committed to providing a satisfactory resolution to your concern.
Can I request custom personalization?
Yes, we offer limited customization, such as resizing or selecting specific colors. Please contact our customer service with your detailed requests for feasibility and a quote. Please note that all custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.
How do I clean and maintain the metal art?
Cleaning is simple: For regular maintenance, just gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, you can wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth, then immediately dry thoroughly with another cloth to prevent water spots.Do not use any chemical cleaners, abrasive cloths, or attempt to polish the surface, as this may damage the coating.
